Liquid liner:

This is the most difficult type of eyeliner to apply.
If you don't have a steady hand and nevers of steel just try to avoid it.
Unless the tip of the applicator is super thing, you can't control the thinkness of you line. Can't smudge it for a smoky look, and not suitable for casual weekend looks.
If you choose using a liquide liner, make sure there's no room for mistake because its very hard to clean.

Apply using short stokes starting at the middel of you lash line going towards the outside of your eye.

If you are just beginning to wear makeup, this is the best product you can learn with.
Make sure to put an eyeshadow on top of you pincil liner to prenvent it from smudging all over you eye.
One thing you can't use a pencil eyeliner is for creating cat eyes.
